Management Team

Chris Hubler - Chris is the agency manager and has over 15 years of insurance experience. He also has had much experience and training in the bonding industry. Chris is active in the Canandaigua Rotary Club. He lives in Canandaigua with his wife and 3 children.

John Ford—John has over 40 years of insurance experience on the agency and insurance company aspect of the business. John specializes in providing property and casualty insurance for businesses. John is an avid hunter and enjoys the outdoors. He lives in Canandaigua with his wife.

Canandaigua Personal Lines Team

Audrey Boughton– Audrey joined CIG in 2007 and has over 23 years of insurance experience. She handles customer service duties for our personal lines customers including new policies, changes and coverage concerns. Audrey lives in Newark with her husband and enjoys spending time with her grandchildren	Colleen Copeland—Colleen has been a part of CIG since 1998 and has over 10 years of insurance experience. Colleen specializes in personal lines claim handling as well as handling the billing concerns of our clients. She lives in Victor with her husband and enjoys spending her time boating and skiing.
Dale Glitch—Dale has worked at CIG for 14 years and has over 28 of insurance experience. She specializes in meeting all the needs of our personal lines customers. She lives in Gorham with her husband and has two sons.	Megan Rossignol—Megan has over 10 years of personal lines experience and started at CIG in 2005. She is responsible for handling the personal insurance needs of our customers. Megan lives in Shortsville with her husband and three sons.
Wendy Ashley—CIG purchased the Tyrrell Agency in early 2009. Wendy had been at Tyrrell Agency for 11 years and has over 20 years of insurance experience. She specializes in assisting our personal lines customers with all of their insurance needs. Wendy has obtained the CISR designation (Certified nsurance Service Representative). She lives in Victor with her husband and has two daughters.

Canandaigua Commercial Lines Team

Ed Perego—Ed owned and operated Perego-Lobdell Insurance for over 15 years. He has over 34 years of experience and is experienced in all aspects of business, personal and life insurance as well as employee benefit plans and financial needs. Ed is a member of Canandaigua Kiwanis and serves on the Finance Committee for Sonnenberg Gardens and Mansion.	Linda Burgess—Linda has a variety of duties at CIG Insurance. She mainly helps in commercial lines processing of documents and keeping track of billing issues. Linda has over 22 years of insurance experience. She lives in Canandaigua with her husband and two sons.
Rod Dillon—Rod has over 33 years of experience in business, personal and life insurance. He has a broad knowledge of insurance as well as a specialty in farm insurance coverages. Rod is a life-time resident of Canandaigua and lives with his wife and son.	Roger Panara—Roger has over 23 years of insurance experience. Roger specializes in commercial accounts and started his insurance career as a Workers Compensation Claims Adjustor for Aetna Insurance Company. Originally from Rome, NY, he now resides in Canandaigua with his wife and four children.
Sandi Reynolds—Sandi handles the accounting for the agency along with human resources and computer issues. She also assists in the commercial department and has over 36 years of personal and commercial insurance experience. Sandi lives in Canandaigua with her husband and has two daughters.	Teresa Cator—Teresa handles the marketing of commercial accounts for the agency along with taking care of the bonding needs of our customers. Teresa has over 25 years of personal and commercial insurance experience. She holds the AAI Designation (Accredited Adviser in Insurance) from the Insurance Institute of America. She lives in Canandaigua with her husband and daughter. Teresa is active member of the Sonnenberg Gardens and Mansion Board of Directors.
Vicki Manko—Vicki handles the customer service needs of our clients from certificates, policy changes, claims, billing and much more. Vicki has over 25 years of commercial insurance experience beginning her career at Aetna/Travelers Insurance Company. She lives in Canandaigua with her husband and son.

Honeoye Office

Kathy Fleig— Kathy has worked in the insurance industry for over 20 years with 9 of those years at CIG working with our personal lines customers. She has lived in Honeoye for over 30 years and for the last 10 years with her husband, Tom, and their two children that attend Honeoye Central School. Kathy finds the insurance business very rewarding and enjoys working with the community.

Karen Goddard—Karen works in our Honeoye Personal Lines Department. She and her husband, Mark, have two sons that attend Honeoye Central School. Karen has been with CIG since 2002, the same year that she obtained her property-casualty insurance license. Having lived in Honeoye her entire life, Karen enjoys taking care of her "neighbors".
